    Problem Symptoms:
    * Items not going in transit to circ desk defined for item location when returned at different circ desk within same library.

    Cause:
This error may occur if all circulation desks attached to a location are set to allow reshelving.

    Resolution:
    1. Go to Alma Menu (F2) > General Configuration > Configuration Menu
    2. Select the desired library from the "You are configuring" list
    3. Go to Physical Locations
    4. For the desired item location, choose Actions > Edit
    5. In the Circulation Desks section, make sure "Reshelve" is only checked for circ desks from which this location's items should be sent for reshelving
