How can a new user group be linked to a Terms of Use?

Answer

A new user registration rule will need to be created.

1. Go to Alma > User Management > User Management Configuration Menu
2. Click on User Registration Rules
3. Select Add Rule
4. For input parameters, select the following:
4a. Name = User Group
4b. Operator = IS (=)
4c. Value = the user group
5. For output parameters, choose the appropriate terms of use
