The loan details (author, title and other bibliographic details) are missing from our "Fines and Fees" subject area. Why is that?

Resolution

An explanation may be that you use overdue notification fees instead of overdue fines.

Overdue notification fees are linked to a letter. The sending of this letter is to be paid, regardless if it includes one or fifty loans. Therefore it is not possible to link an overdue notification fee to a single record.

This is only possible for overdue fines.
