    The Lost Item Replacement Fee is not refunded when the item is found and returned.


    You may define in the terms of use if a lost item replacement fee should be refunded or not.
    This is how to change the setup:
    Fulfillment Configuration Menu -> Terms of Use and Policies.
    Select the relevant terms of use.
    Edit the terms of use and change the policy "Lost Item Replacement Fee Refund Ratio". It is probably set to "No Lost Item Replacement Fee Refund Ratio" and should be changed to "100%" (in case you want to fully refund it - you may also define policies in order to partially refund the fee).
