    Description

We need to have our proxy in Alma/Primo turned off whenever a user accesses an ebook from Proquest/ebrary. Currently our users need to enter Proxy credentials whenever they attempt to access a ProQuest ebook.  Ebooks from EBSCO and other companies do not have that problem, so the Proxy must remain active for those requests.

    Resolution

The proxy "PROXY_DEFAULT" was already marked as selective. The proxy can be disabled at the service level or collection level for Proquest collections, or if you are configuring at the portfolio level.
