    Is there a way to turn off CZ (Community Zone) Collection matching when using the New Order API to order items from OASIS or GOBI?

    Answer

    Support can turn off this feature. Open a Support Ticket in Salesforce and refer to this Knowledge Article. 

     

    Question

    What happens if additional OASIS/GOBI Community Zone Collections are added to the New Order API Integration Process?

    Answer

    As additional OASIS or GOBI Collections Community Zone Collections are added to the New Order API Integration Process, they are enabled by default. 

    New additions will be announced in Release Notes.

    Please open a Support Case referencing this Knowledge Article to request that any newly added OASIS/GOBI Community Zone Collections are disabled.
