    Question

Creating a new loan policy (including new TOU) gives this error from the Fulfillment Configuration Utility:

"General Error - Could not perform this action at the moment, please try again later."

    Answer

In some cases, adding a period (full stop), or parentheses ("), slash (/), dollar ($) can cause such errors.

Try to remove any special signs, and work with words only. This applies to the TOU and the Advanced Policy Configuration.

Sometimes, re-saving the TOU solves the problem.
