    Question

I recently added a fulfillment unit rule but it isn't applying to items checked out how do I get it to activate.

    Answer

From the Fulfillment Configuration Menu edit your "Fulfillment Units" and select the appropriate unit. Then click on the third tab to edit the Fulfillment Configuration Menu. The rules in this list will apply sequentially so the first rule in the list that is applicable will apply for any given user. It is best practice to put the least restrictive rule at the top of the list and the most restrictive at the bottom. If your new rule is at the bottom of the list it will not be applied if any of the other rules can satisfy the loan. Attempt placing the new rule, if appropriate, at the top of the list.
