    Particular portfolio has disappeared

    An Ebook Library Portfolio that should be inactive, but still in Alma, is not found in a search, but can still be found in Primo with “available online” even though it is not active. After indexing was run, the portfolio is no longer found in Alma but previously it could be found and was inactive. 


    This was an indexing issue.  Ex Libris Support staff ran a job to correct it.
