We just noticed that item requests (pick from shelf) have stopped showing up in the Task widget on the homepage. (While there are other ways to get to the information, the task widget is the easiest way to ensure that pulls happen quickly.)
If you go to Fulfillment>Request Pickup Configuration and look at the 'physical item request expiration in open days' rule, the Output Parameter 'Show in Pick From Shelf list' is set to False -- when that's the case, a request won't show up in the Pick From Shelf List. Changing it to True corrected the problem.
(Note: It can take a bit of time for new requests to work their way through the process.)
