Despite our activating a particular portfolio, the portfolio does not display in the Institutional zone when we click on "portfolio list" . It displays only if we click on "view". Is there an explanation as to why the portfolio doesn't display?
This MMS ID was not showing all the attached inventory. It was an issue with the record structure: there were two IEE's even though an MMS ID should never have more than one.
This was corrected by the Alma Support team.
