    Receive New Material list and migrated orders

    Question

    Why are all orders migrated from the old ILS system listed in each library's Receive New Material page/receiving task list?

    Answer

    Migrated orders are assigned to the institution not the library and will therefore appear on each library's Receive New Material page/receiving task list. Orders created in Alma will appear on the PO Line owner's Receive New Material page/receiving task list.
