    Question

What is the relationship between Requested Item Due Date and Recall Period in a Terms of Use?

    Answer

    * The Loan TOU Policy of Requested Item Due Date determines the loan period if an item already has requests on it but a patron retrieves it from the shelf and wants to check it out.
    * If an item is on loan and then is recalled, the new due date for the original patron will be the date the recall was placed plus the Loan TOU Policy of Recall Period.
