Remove all E-Activation tasks when deleting a package

When deleting a package the E-Activation tasks for the deleted portfolios still exist how can this be prevented?
Answer
1. Create a logical set of portfolios by querying find electronic portfolios where electronic collection name is <package name>.
2. Run the job delete electronic portfolios. This job deletes the E-task associated to the portfolios.
Additional Information
Deleting a Local Package in the institutional zone will cause the E-Activation tasks to remain for any associated portfolios.
