    Question

Within Resource Sharing Borrowing and Lending Requests after manually completing a request or when the item is scanned in it disappears from the list. Where are the records of completed requests stored?

    Answer

As of the May 2015 release a new filter was added for Active and Inactive requests. It is above the list of items and not part of the facets on the left hand side of the Resource Sharing Borrowing and Lending Request list. Completed requests are immediately considered not active and the filter must be changed to Inactive requests to view information about completed requests.

    Additional Information

Information about completed requests is also available via Analytics reports in the Borrowing Requests and Lending Requests subject areas in Analytics.

This filter was added to improve performance when an institution had many requests that were appearing in the unfiltered report.
