Description

The SIS upload (user integration profile) completes successfully. No errors are displayed, but also zero user records are uploaded. When checking the input file for XML errors, no errors are found.

Resolution

A possible solution is that some or all of the XML tags are in uppercase.

While this is allowed by international standards, Alma requires XML tags in the input file to be lowercase.
