Search Results Counter is an Approximation

  • Product: Alma

Question

Why is the number of search results in a search or a logical set different than the number of relevant titles?

Answer

The number given for search results is an approximation, and for very large sets can be inaccurate. To get exact numbers it is possible to export the set, itemize it, or use Analytics.
