We defined email notifications for scheduled jobs. When the colleagues get these e-mails, the notifications have a sender address that is not in use anywhere. How can we change this sender address.

Resolution

You need to check the AddressFrom label in the "System Job Letter".

Note that the "system job letter" is responsible for status notifications for every job. So when you send email notifications for an Overdue and Lost job, the AddressFrom from the System Job Letter is used and not the AddressFrom from the Overdue and Lost letter.
