    Description

I entered a number in the quantity field of an invoice line but it has no affect on the price field.

    Resolution

    This is the expected behavior.

The value in the "Price" field of an Invoice Line represents the total price.  In the quantity field you can note if there are multiple items however this is informational.

So if the price is $100 and the quantity is 2, the implication is that each item is $50.

To put it another way, it is like the price is divided by the quantity the price is NOT multiplied by the quantity.
