Problem Symptoms:
Trying to delete a bib record, a message is received: "Bibliographic Title [abc]- [MMS ID] cannot be deleted as it has associated resources"
However, the "More Info" button shows no inventory or orders exist for this record

Cause:
Some workflows that cause this will be handled in the June 2014 Release

Resolution:
Records that were created before the June 2014 Release can be deleted this way:
* Create a temporary holding record
* Delete it
* Now it is possible to delete the bibliographic record
