Why when saving updated display settings in Primo does the error message "field Phone number must be numeric" displays and redirects to the personal information page even though the phone number is completely numeric?
Even if the number in Primo is completely numeric this error message will still be displayed if the information for that user in Alma has a "/" (slash) or any non-numeric entries in any of the phone number fields. Correcting this Contact Information within the User Details within Alma will resolve this issue.
The regular expression governing what characters may be entered into this field can also be controlled by modifying the phone_regex parameter within the Other Settings in the User Management Configuration Menu.
