Uploading of Elsevier Electronic Holdings fails

Description

We try to set up the automatic uploading of Elsevier holdings. The job finishes successfully but it returns the message that no collections for update were localized although we have several Elsevier collections.

Resolution

To support this functionality, two new Elsevier collections were added to the Community Zone: Elsevier ScienceDirect Books Complete and Elsevier ScienceDirect Journals Complete. The new collections entirely replace any old Elsevier collections.

Check if these collections are present and activated. They are required to get this process working.
