Question

When creating Analyses in the Analytics Subject Area ‘Fines and Fees’, some entries have the value -1 in the field ‘Fines Fees Transaction ID’. Why?

Answer

The value -1 occurs if no transaction happened yet on the fee which the user has to pay. Once the fee is fully or partially paid the 'Fine Fee Transaction ID' will be the value from the 'Reference' field which can be found when viewing a user's fines and fees and clicking on the link under 'Remaining Balance'.
