When in the "In Process Items" list, clicking on the requests link takes the user to the information for the item above in the list. How can I fix this?

To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:

1. Navigate to the "In Process Items" list.

2. Take note of the customizations you have selected to display, as you will need to reselect them after completing this process.

3. Click on the gear in the top right hand corner of the list.

4. Click on Restore List Defaults.
