    When is a General Hold Request created?

    Answer

    A General Hold Request is created when a BIB record is requested which has a holding but no items.

      • When duplicating an item, it is instantly saved even if you click "Cancel"
      • When in the "In Process Items" list, clicking on the "requests" link takes the user to the information for the item above in the list
