When trying to run a fiscal year rollover the "From Year" drop down is blank and the Rollover Ledgers job fails. Why?

Answer

Sometimes this issue can be caused by a missing fiscal year in the Fund and Ledger Fiscal Period table (Configuration > Acquisitions >  Fund and Ledger Fiscal Period). Please check that the previous year is listed in the table. If you are missing a fiscal year, please open a new support case for assistance.
