    Question

Why Do One-Time PO Lines Remain in Receiving Workbench Post-Receipt?

    Answer

This can happen when an item is received by inserting a receive date in the item record.

To avoid this, choose Save > Continue on the Received Items List. This will remove the PO Lines from the Receiving Workbench.
