Question

On the PO Line Summary screen, only 60 funds display for selection. We have over 150 allocated funds. Why are all funds not displaying when placing a PO Line?

Answer

Only funds with balances greater than zero are available for use with Orders and PO Lines, unless there is a rule stating that over-encumbrance is allowed and the over-encumbrance allowed limit has not yet been reached.
