    Why are users rejected with error identifier is already taken across Institution, even though the identifier belongs to the same patron?

    Answer

    Alma doesn't support duplicate users in the ZIP files being loaded, because it may cause unexpected results.
    Make sure that the users are unique in ALL the ZIP files loaded in one run.
