    Question

When converting an AFN Hold Request to a Resource Sharing Request, the request does not move and there is an error message No IE Found.  What has occurred and how can I prevent this from happening?

    Answer

When Converting a Hold Request to an AFN Resource Sharing Request, if the User moving the request along selects Save and Edit, this will remove the IE from the request (meaning that the metadata required to move the request along is removed). In order to avoid this situation,  the User should only Save the request and then use the Send action from the Task List.
