Why can't I add a specific fund to a PO Line?

Question
The fund I want to attach to a PO Line does not appear as an option in the "Add Fund" screen. Why can't I add a specific fund to a PO Line?
Answer
Navigate to the fund that should appear as an option and edit it. From the fund's Summary Details tab, add the library that the POL is associated with to the “Available for” field and Save. The fund should now appear as an option.
