Question

I am trying to create a set based on an Excel file of PO Line Reference numbers, why is the Add Members to Set job completing as Failed?

Answer

- Please check the file for duplicates using Excel tools.  If there are duplicates Alma considers the file corrupt.

- If the job still fails it could be that the data with Alma is duplicated, meaning there are multiple PO-Lines in Alma with the same reference number.  In this case, you can open a case to support and we can locate the duplicates in the database.
