    Question

Why does the due date not change when an item is recalled?

    Answer

This can happen if the loan type is not marked as 'yes' in Loans Recalls Configuration.

    1. Go to Alma-> Fulfillment Configuration->Loan Recalls Configuration
    2. Select "yes" for the relevant kind of recall

This should change the due date as stipulated in the TOU
