Why is Internal Copy option not on invoice?

Answer

The Internal Copy option appears if Alma is set to send invoices via ERP. If Alma is not set to send invoices via ERP the Internal Copy option does not appear since the invoice is considered an internal copy if you are not sending to ERP.

Additional Information

If the invoice_skip_erp parameter is set to true, the Internal Copy option will not appear.
If the invoice_skip_erp parameter is set to false, the Internal Copy option will appear.
