Description

We have a borrowing request associated with a fund and a shipping cost. Nonetheless no expenditure is created in the fund transactions tab.

Resolution

The expenditure is created upon a receiving action. That means you need to either click "Receive" from the request's context menu or use the "Receiving items" option from the Fulfillment menu.

If the request status is changed from "Created borrowing request" to "Request completed" without following the proper workflow, no transaction will be created.
