Support for Access Rights for Remote Digital Repositories

You can now configure Alma to check access rights policies in a remote repository and enforce the access rights when a user searches for the digital resource in Alma. This was implemented with Rosetta and can be used for other digital asset management systems that support this type of real-time check. To activate this option, select the new Check access rights check box when configuring the remote repository. For more information, see Delivery (Wizard Step 3) and the Developer Network.

    Additional Digital Resource Management Enhancements

    • NERS.png NERS Enhancement (Request ID 4615): The MMS ID now appears in the Excel file when exporting digital collections, titles, and files from the repository search results.
