Cision Inc Collections Update
Access Issues with Europresse Collections
Following a recent update to the linking structure for Europresse/Cision Inc. collections, customers are experiencing significant access issues.
After discussion with the provider, we will revert to the original Customer ID-based access method.

Resolution Plan
• The Customer ID field will be re-established in the linking configuration.
• The service will be updated to use the Customer ID in the access URLs.
• The provider has sent an updated title list which will be part of our upcoming updates
Customer Action Required
To ensure uninterrupted access, please add your Customer ID in the “Additional” tab of the Electronic Collection Editor (see below screenshot).
