Accessible Archives Migrated to Coherent Digital
What's happening?
The Accessible Archives database is being migrated to a platform called Coherent Digital. This means that the current Accessible Archives platform will no longer be available after August 30th.
To maintain access to these resources, Ex Libris is creating 48 new full-text collections, removing 54 existing collections, and updating 117 existing collections in our Knowledgebases for all Accessible Archives content. These collections will contain titles linked to the Coherent Digital platform. The collection lists are given in the attached file.
Existing 82 collections update -> Created in August and it will reflect in the products on the release 20243500 - 09/01/2024.

Note: We're currently encountering coverage problems with certain collection records due to incomplete or inaccurate coverage information in the provider's data file. The provider is working to rectify these issues in their file concurrently. Additionally, we're actively addressing redundant records. We're closely collaborating with the provider and our ingestion team to resolve both matters as promptly as possible.
