Question

My institution changed email addresses, and I want to update my Support Center email address.

How can I do that?

Answer

1. Log into the Support Center
2. Click on your profile picture on the top right corner, and go to Settings.
3. Change the Email Address to the new one
4. Save
5. You will get a validation email to the new address. Click the link to validate the address.
