Upload Applet does not work in last stage of Ingest

Problem Symptoms:
The upload applet does not work in the last step of the Ingest.

Cause:
The update to Java 7 Update 51, and later versions.

Resolution:
Access the Java Control Panel from the Windows control panel or (type "java" in start menu search box and select "Configure Java".

Ensure that "Enable Java content in browser" is checked.
Add your server to the exception list.

For example:
From the URL of the Web Ingest screen http://myserver.digitool.com:1801/we...ay_banner=true
we need to add http://myserver.digitool.com:1801 as an exception.
