How can we customize our 360 Link service?
This article is for libraries using the legacy 360 Link interface. If you are not sure if your library uses the legacy or the improved interface with Index-Enhanced Direct Linking, check your 360 Link Administration Console settings.
Some aspects of 360 Link can be configured from within the Client Center or Intota using the 360 Link Administration Console, and some aspects can only be customized by submitting a request to the ProQuest Support team.
To see which customizations you can do yourself, access the administration console from the Client Center or Intota.
Another good source of information about customization 360 Link is the Getting Started guide.
Generally speaking, integrating legacy 360 Link into your E-Journal Portal, and changes to custom links, can only be done by submitting a request to us; the rest can be done in the Administration Console. However, we are happy to do any of the customizations for you.
