What does my library need to do when we add the database - from provider ?
When your library adds the database - (database code ~WA), you need to use the following procedure to ensure your patrons can access the database content. Other databases do not apply.
- In Intota, access the resource's Database Details page by clicking Resources on the menu bar and then selecting Databases in the submenu.
- Find the database and click on it to go to its Database Details page.
- Click Edit next to the Configuration section of the Database Details page, and in the Database URL field, enter your mirror site URL. For example, http://202.119.47.6. The default database URL (http://ssssss) will not work for you. Note that the Custom URL should not have a trailing slash:
- Correct: http://202.119.47.6
- Incorrect: http://202.119.47.6/
- Click Save.
- To enable title-level linking in your E-Journal Portal, 360 MARC Updates, and 360 Link, use the Contact Us menu near the top of the page to ask us to create your title-level links. Select the following:Product: Intota

Subject: Create Title-Level Links for database -
Question/Incident: Tell us your mirror site URL.
