Intota Assessment: Providing and Maintaining your eResource Holdings Information

    • Product: Intota Assessment

Do I need to inform Intota Assessment as to which eResources are in my library's collection?

When usage data is uploaded into Intota Assessment, the data is associated with the COUNTER-compliant providers that you have reported to us through your Intota or Client Center profile.

Intota users should refer to the Holdings section in the Intota User Guide for information on providing and maintaing your holdings information.

Client Center users provide and maintain their holdings information by using the Data Management area of their Client Center profile. The Client Center User Guide provides information on:
    • Identifying your eResources -- see the The e-Catalog section of the guide
    • Working with your eResources data -- see the Manage Your Data section of the guide

Whether you are an Intota or a Client Center user, the important thing to remember is to maintain your holdings information as your collection evolves. Usage data is successfully uploaded into Intota Assessment only if the data can be associated with a provider in your profile (Intota or Client Center).
