    How is it possible that Citation Views are less than Full-Text Views in Leganto Student Usage?

    Answer

    Citation Views are only counted when you view the citation in Full Display. full display of citation 

    It will not count viewing the Brief View that is displayed when you load the Reading List (image below).  

    If a user just looks at the Brief View and clicks the View Online link, this would create these totals: 

    Number of Citations Views- 0 
    Number of Full-Text Views- 1
