    Product: Leganto

    Description

When configured, the Alma Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) Integration creates a "Launch URL" that will be used to integrate Leganto with customer's Learning Management System (e.g. Canvas, Blackboard):

Leganto supports 2 domain names: (both pointing to the same Leganto environment)

    1) CNAME – for example,  https://myinstcode.alma.exlibrisgroup.com
    2) Local Name – for example,  https://eu01.alma.exlibrisgroup.com

By default, the Launch URL is created with the Local Name (e.g. https://eu01.alma.exlibrisgroup.com)

If possible, try using your CNAME for the 1.3 integration. The Launch URL can be redirected to use the CNAME (e.g. https://myinstcode.alma.exlibrisgroup.com).

Please open a case to have Support change this for you.
