Why is our Instructor only able to see the Student View in Leganto?

Instructor is not seeing expected functionality like adding a Section to the Reading List

Answer

Check if User's Instructor Role has an Expiry Date on the Role and update if necessary

Steps for one Instructor:

1.  Go to User Details > Roles > Instructor
2. Click the more actions (three dots) button for the Instructor Role and Edit
3. Update Expiry Date and click Save Role

Steps for many:

1. Create set in Analytics of users with Expiry Date on Instructor Role
2. Use Update/Notify Users job to remove Instructor Role
3. Use Update/Notify Users job again to re-add Instructor role with no Expiry Date
