Additional Enhancements

January 2023 (Added March 1, 2023) URM-168434
Deboost Records Retrieved with TOC Titles – The MARC field 505$t is now included in the title index to allow customers to deboost TOC titles from the records' main titles.

This functionality is immediately supported for new and modified records. For unchanged records, this functionality is not supported until the records are indexed after the next semi-annual indexing, which is planned for August. If you need this functionality sooner, either open a Support ticket for assistance or create a set of records that include the MARC field 505$t and then re-index that set with the Recalculate Local Resource Types job.

CNMARC Mapping Improvements – The following changes have been made to improve CNMARC mapping for display, facets, and search.

For existing records, a re-index is required to support the new mappings. Customers can either wait for the upcoming semi-annual indexing in February, re-save a set of records with this data to trigger indexing, or open a Support ticket to request re-indexing.

Sort Services under the Share Action – This enhancement allows you to sort the supported social media services that are listed under the Share export action. To support this change, up/down arrows were added to the Share configuration on the Brief Record Display tab of the View Configuration page (Configuration > Discovery > Display Configuration > Configure Views):
