    Uptime Quarterly Reports are published each quarter to provide a comprehensive view of our uptime performance as measured over the last three (3) months and over the last twelve (12) months. The report measures our performance as defined in the Service Level Agreement.

    The uptime measured on a rolling 12-month basis from July 2025 to June 2026 is 99.95%.

    The uptime measured on a rolling 3-month basis from April 2026 to June 2026 is 99.87%.

    Please note our System Uptime Status page, which allows our customers to view the current status of their instance/environment at any time, using the following link: http://status.exlibrisgroup.com

    Description

    Customers in the APAC and EU regions were unable to access Pivot and were presented with a capacity-related error page instead of the application. Our engineers identified that the storage area used by the underlying database to record ongoing changes had reached its capacity limit, which prevented new activity from being written and caused database sessions to pause, halting the application's ability to serve requests. Initial analysis points to a scheduled routine that performs extensive monthly calculations and data processing having consumed that capacity; this is being validated through a formal Post-Incident Review before final confirmation. We restored service by releasing the blocked sessions and freeing space in the database logging area, after which processing resumed and full application

    We are expanding the capacity of the database logging resources supporting Pivot — a fivefold increase has already been applied — to ensure normal and peak processing volumes can be absorbed without reaching a limit.

    We are revising the scheduled monthly process that contributed to this event; it has been paused in production and is being redesigned into smaller, incremental components that will undergo stress testing in non-production environments before reintroduction.

    How is Uptime Calculated?

    The uptime calculation is based on the following calculation (as defined in the Service Level Agreement):

    "Uptime" means the total period in minutes during which the Service is available for access and use during this period.

    “Uptime Percentage” means Uptime expressed as a percentage, calculated by the following formula:

     Uptime Percentage = X /(Y–Z) × 100

    Where:

      X = Uptime

      Y = Last 12 months period

      Z = The duration (in minutes) of any SLA Exclusions* during these 12 months

    *SLA exclusions are defined in the contract SLA (e.g. Scheduled maintenance, etc.)
