    Alma A-Z list is sorting by stop words

    Problem Symptoms:
    In Alma A-Z list sort stop words are being taken in to account. For example, when browsing the letter "T", the word "the" is included in the sort.

    Cause:
    The stop words were not removed from "sort" section in the PNX of Alma records. For Example:
    <sort>
    <title>The Example</title>
    </sort>

    Resolution:
    Verify that the stop words will be removed by the normalization rules.
    In Primo: the sort section should match the one in Alma MARC - Template.
    In Alma: the published records should have the information needed according to the normalization rules. For example, non-filing text will be removed if there is indicator 2.
