Back office menu does not include the Ongoing or Advanced Configuration options

When entering The Back office why the Ongoing or Advanced Configuration options is not being displayed
Answer
when a new installation is done, a superadmin need to access the initial configuration wizard, and click "Switch Primo On". Only after this is done the "ongoing" and "advanced" menus are displayed to all roles.
